Prune & Raisin Cinnamon Tart recipe

You know one those days when you get struck by inspiration; either to compose a piece of music or to write an article? Well today was one of those days for my inner baker boy.

INTRODUCING my latest developmental recipe,
“Prune & Raisin Cinnamon Tart”

INGREDIENTS :

1/4 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
a bit of salt
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp evaporated milk
splash of water
a handful of raisins
1 sliced prune
pinch of icing sugar

RECIPE :

MIX flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon together
ADD butter
COMBINE well

ADD evaporated milk and splash of water
POUR into mould

ADD raisins

ARRANGE plums on mixture
BAKE at 150C for 25 minutes

REMOVE from oven and cool

SIFT icing sugar

REMOVE from mould
SERVES 1
