Located along the same stretch of road that brought you Pigeonhole, Group Therapy Coffee is a stone’s throw away from Tanjong Pagar MRT.
Among all the cafes that I have hopped, this cafe’s interior design simply cannot be matched. Everything ranging from its entrance all the way to the washroom is thoroughly thought out. Every nook and cranny of the cafe progressively impressed me as I reconnoitered the place.
If you are as anal as the other co-authors and I (one of us is an architect in training!) are about interior design here at TYFTFWE, this place is definitely worth the visit!
Not many cafes I know in Singapore carry the award-winning Coedo Beniaka & Delirium Tremens brews so double points for this amazing cafe! The brews carry a much more acidic taste, suitable for more mature coffee drinkers.
I went with the Latte ($5.5) and Passion fruit Tart ($5.5). The passion fruit flan and meringue were remarkable as they complement each other’s flavours well. It is not too sweet either which gave the tropical tartness of the passion fruit room to shine.
With it’s multiple plugs, leisurely ambience, great coffee and dessert, this is definitely one cafe I will re-visit!
